No there is not a Cyc API for Smalltalk that I know of. In any case, at the
Cyc Foundation we've been moving the focus to Web services, so that you can
access Cyc's capabilities more easily regardless of language. It's not the
right answer in all situations, but it is useful in a lot of cases.
