I've downloaded version 4.0 Linux version.

  1. Where are the logs being written or is logging not turned on by
    default?

/Users/myusername/Downloads/opencyc/opencyc-4.0/server/cyc/run

It says this is the working directory when starting up, but nothing is
being written there.

  1. Where is the CGI directory?

It says to run the browser from http://mymachine/cgi-bin/cyccgi/cg?cb-start,
but I don't see a CGI directory anywhere under the untarred distribution.
