OpenC++ moves its mailing list to SourceForge

Now anybody can register to the OpenC++ mailing list on sourceforge.net. Please visit this registration page https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/opencxx-users . Chiba will close the old list on May 5th.
