I would like to think about a wording like the following.

1. The sentence specifies that this license variant must be repeated. Are there any legal reasons that allow to stop that repetition?

2. Which code changes are not "derivative work" in this context?

Internet and Society at Harvard Law School.

I don't think so anybody can do it without Xerox's aproval (relicensing).
