Can you describe what you want to do with the parser ?

I haven't built openc++ on windows, but I have been working on a quite
similar project (synopsis; http://synopsis.fresco.org), which I successfully
compile for windows (using gcc -mno-cygwin), and which then works happily with
VC6.
