Knowing what you want to do with OpenC++ would be helpful when trying
to answer your questions.
While The OpenC++ code has been adjusted to compile with modern compilers,
not much energy has been put into development. As a consequence, the original
documentation (user's guide, reference) is still largely accurate.

You may want to browse the mailing list archive to learn more about
the project / status.
