Is there anything we could / should do such that we don't go over this again and again ? Is there some level of communication we can use for further technical discussion ? I understand that you don't want me to discuss the evolution of the synopsis *code* here, but what about high level design ? What are your own plans for openc++ ? It seemed we agreed on the general directions of integrating symbol lookup into the parsing, i.e. not doing it in a second pass (Walker). Is there not a lot of potential for discussion ? I'v been trying to get discussions going, but there wasn't much feedback. Are these attempts to collaborate unsolicited, too ? What do other people on the list think about this ? As it stands, confining the discussions to the synopsis list wouldn't make a big difference for me (sadly), though I'v not given up hope yet. ;-) Regards, Stefan |
