All branches whose names start with 'sandbox_' are developers' private
working areas, so don't expect that they will build out-of-the-box.

There is no official MSVC branch. Asen and Ferdinand are OpenC++-MSVC
gurus, hopefully they can help you to build on MSVC (you may also search
the list archive for their postings).

It is difficult to provide any help unless you specify how it fails and
what versions of tools you are using (gcc, autoconf, libtool, automake,
make).
