[Opencxx-users] [opencxx] build-and-test

Hi,

I comitted the script 'build-and-test' into module 'tools', which
in a one shot:

  * checkouts, symlinks to or copies source files
  * configures them
  * builds them
  * tests them

I also wanted to add an option for e-mailing the results, but I did not
make it this time.

Also I would welcome a way to run this script on several CompileFarm
platforms with just one command, but I am not really sure how to easily
bypass the menu selection when logging to CF. Any suggestions welcome.
