I have put a test version of the built from cvs snapshot here :
http://opencxx.sourceforge.net/release/
please test it. If all goes well, I will start the cvs process.

I am working on the deb right now, and when that all works,
we can commit to cvs.
My problem is that make test and make check dont seem to do much, so I
cannot test this release.
