Currently, while the TITECH ML sends a post to all the subscribers, it
also forwards the post to the SF ML.  The SF ML does not re-send it to
anybody but just archives it.  None can subscribe or directly post a
message to the SF ML since it is moderated by me.

So we don't have to hurry but I think we should move.

It should be possible if I write a few lines of Perl script. ;)

I think a real problem is that the SF ML does not seem to provide a
way to register a list of subscribers at a time.  Every subscriber
must subscribe the SF ML manually.
