#3 Color not transfered in blender import

When opening a openctm file with the blender import module, the colors of the vertices are not transferred.

To reproduce:

* Run the example program in: https://sourceforge.net/projects/openctm/forums/forum/936560/topic/3857595 to generate cube.ctm
* Run blender e.g. 2.49b
* Import the ctm file.

Result: The blender module lacks color
Expected result: The colors should have been transferred to blender
