I believe this is what you intended, but forgot to change the column id after copy-pasting.

The file path column width is much better.

There still is a problem with the Line/prototype column, which is fixed at 100px. Sometimes there is room and it can be wider, but if I put LVSCW_AUTOSIZE for this column, it can be too wide and a horizontal scrollbar shows up. I will play around with the settings to get a better fit.
