Source Merge Request #38: Fix two small errors in the documentation (merged)

1 - The first example in the quick start section is assigned to List<mybean> but has a .withType(Visitor.class) chained to it. Admittedly, nothing critical, but it's literally the first example a first-time user sees and it left me confused for a minute.</mybean>

2 - Missing CSVReaderBuilder (I'm assuming) constructor call somewhere else on the same page.
