The following test fails:
CSVParser p = new au.com.bytecode.opencsv.CSVParser(',', '\'', '\\', false, false);

String[] nextLine = null;

nextLine = p.parseLine("'12'34,5,6");
assertEquals("1234", nextLine[0]); // fails, returns 12'34

    This is working as designed. With strictQuotes off all quote characters that are not at the beginning or end (with strict quotes off the end of the field is the character before the separator) are treated as part of the field.
