OpenCORE Re-Opens

So after bumping into a few dead ends along the road, the developing of opencore is finally undergoing.

For the next few weeks/month there will be constant commits to the subversion repository.

The commits will be for prototyping porposes only, to gather information and ideas to form the final implementation later down the road.

In the next few days ill put online the wiki and the issue tracker to facilitate colaboration between everyone.

The issue tracker will also be used for feature requests. More info will be available in the next few days.
