#16 Optionally Index Some [Email] Items

Ability to not have to index the email. Currently it is required that the user indexes the email and all attachments, but when Astellas was looking at the Indexer, they wouldn’t have wanted to index the email. The email was just going to be a way to do a multi-doc import.
