#75 Minimize Button Display

I noticed if the Search Page (and presumably the Desktop) are loading slow and you click the Minimize button, it will change icons but won't actually minimize the left pane (because it hasn't loaded yet). Then when you minimize/maximize when the page is loaded, the arrows are pointing the wrong way.

Either don't allow the buttons to be clicked until the page is loaded, or check to see if the pane is actually minimized prior to changing the label. No actual functionality should change. Make sure both the Search Page and the Desktop are fixed.
