#70 Question Mark breaks DocView

I noticed for both an HTML file and a CRTEXT file, if I set the name of my document to something ending in a question mark, the desktop loads but clicking on that name in the tree loads an error screen instead of the content. I imagine this probably holds true for other types as well.
