#64 Cascading Properties - not populated are still enabled
Cascading attrs used to disable the dropdowns that weren’t populated yet, enabling them only when the attribute they depend on had a value selected. Now all dropdowns are always enabled, which is a little confusing because some are blank but you can’t tell that they are supposed to be cascaded.
