#5 Allow for exlusions

This is a great tool! It would be much more useful if a list of exclusions to push could be added. For example, in my project I have a \bin directory that is the result of an ant build (and the eclipse internal build). When I run the ant task it updates the .jar and places it into the \lib directory. I then want to update the module, but when I sync, it pushes everything, including the \bin directory. Also, there may be other directories in my Eclipse project that I don't want to go into the module, such as docs, or other project config files.
