#11 Allow for keyboard hotkey assignment

It would be awesome if one could assign a hotkey to the "Copy to OpenCMS server" function (or the otherones too), so the hassle of hunting in the context menu would be gone.
But the module doesn't present itself in the Eclipse Preferences Keys command list.
