[Botan-devel] 1.4.0 release candidate is out

This is just a quick note for people on the dev list who aren't on announce:
I've release Botan 1.3.14, it's the first release candidate for Botan 1.4.0.
Please test Botan on all systems you care about, and make sure your
applications are happy with the new verison. Let me know about any problems
(success reports are good too). Known good/known bad systems are listed in the
email sent to announce.
