#18 Prevent accidental zooming

There should be an algorithm which prevents zooming of the chromatogram/ms if the zoom box is very small compared to the window in order to prevent accidental zooming (which happens especially when quickly 'scanning' the MS along a peak from beginning to end because it requires moving the mouse and double clicking).
