#7 User specific plug-ins will be not updated

When updating OpenChrom using the update mechanism, all base plug-ins will be updated. The user needs to have write access on OpenChrom installation. All plug-ins that have been installed by non-admin users, will be not covered by this update and need to be fetched twice.
