#2 Japanese Language support

Japanese Language doesn't seem to work properly. I
added the jp.<key>=<template> entries in OpenCHAT.lang,
and changed the default charset in OpenCHAT.conf (to
shift_jis).

The changes I did in OpenChat.lang were saved using the
shift_jis encoding.

May be I'm missing something?

It would be nice to take a look at the source code. If
possible.

PD: I'm using OpenCHAT 0.43
