OpenCFD / News: Recent posts

This release doesn't have much new functionality added compared to v0.2.0, only correcting several errors in v0.2.0. It continues to use XML to parse the input. Starting with v0.3.0, OpenCFD uses Python to parse the input. The new version 0.3.0 is still under development, expected to come out late 2004.

OpenCFD v0.2.0 is released on 06/17/2004. This is still rather prelimary and only grid generation capability is available. But it's usable. For full description, please take a look at the included documentation.
