I hereby dual-license all of the work that I have done in creating
patches for CERNLIB for the Debian operating system under the GNU
General Public License, version 2 or above (at the option of any
re-distributor), and the Expat license. The choice of which to use is
left as the option of any re-distributor of source and/or binary code.

whole or in part in the Debian diff.gz for the "cernlib", "mclibs",
"paw", and "geant321" Debian source packages as of the last versions
