thank you for your interest in OpenCDT. Currently, there are two versions of OpenCDT. There is the developer version which is available from the sf SVN. We provide a detailed installation guide here https://sourceforge.net/p/opencdt/wiki/Eclipse%20Developer%20Installation/.
We also provide a binary version of OpenCDT for Windows in the sf download section. The binary version should be convenient for a quick overview of current functionality.
