Additional detail will be added as the project matures.***

We recommend loading all your DIDs into the [DIDMaster] table before importing CDR. This will allow us to recognize your CustomerIDs by DID. We also recommend loading all your customer's IPs into our [IPAddressMaster] so we can recognize your customers by IP address. Both the DIDs and the IPs can also be added via the [PHP Admin Portal] right off the main page.

Nextone CDR can be imported through our [PHP Admin Portal] or directly to the database in the [CallRecordMaster_TBR] table. For large files, we recommend using the 'Direct to Database' method.

***CDR Import Steps - PHP Admin Portal***

***Step 1*** - Log into the [PHP Admin Portal] and click 'Rating Queue' then click OK.

***Step 2*** - Select Nextone as the format, select the source file from Nextone and click 'Import CDR'.

***Step 3*** - Results of the import will be presented on-screen. Those CDR will now be in Rating Queue which will be picked up during the hourly rating jobs.
