I would have to agree on not including the source on the distribution CD
for the user.  However, there should be some easy way for the
administrator to obtain a program + source or something to that effect.  I
have compiled OSS software on many different Windows versions, and it can
be vastly different depending on the setups, etc.  Especially for highly
controlled versions of NT 4.0/2000 with SMS, it can be an intersting
endeavour.  I say: ditch for the user, keep for the admin.
