There's a re-distributable, binary version of Sun's JRE.  While I haven't
tried it, it ought to be able to run from any set of read-only directorys.
If we make the autorun.inf correct, we should be able to reference
./jdk/bin/java from some .BAT file.

I'll test the theory soon and post the results to the forum.
