#1 need to change filetype to tgz from gz after downloading

After I downloaded the CCG Library WinZip extracted it
to one big file. I noticed it downloaded to a .gz file
instead of a .tgz file as the download specified. I
renamed it to .tgz and the WinZip program extracted it
correctly is seems into a bunch of libraries as it
should have. I am using Windows 2000.
