#6 Protocol selection on several tools

Now that cbm4win / cbm4linx is able to automagically
select an appropriate transfer protocol by detecting
several parameters like:

• is a parallel cable connected
• is more than one device connected on the same bus
• is the device supported by any of the impemented
  turbo loaders

we normally would not need the dedicated transfer
protocol selection swicthes anymore.

But there are cases where a user may want to select
another turbo protocol or even the original IEC protocol.

In such cases the autodetection can and should be used
to warn the user, if a dedicated turbo protocol cannot
be used with a decent cable/dreive configuration. Maybe
the warning could be made an error even more.
