#57 UTF-8 characters cause warnings, break post-analysis scripts

Current code contains UTF-8 characters in strings (specifically the forward-tick character) which makes clang issue a warning; the resulting output causes post-analysis scripts to choke when attempting to convert from ASCII. Fixes (mainly replacing the forward tick with single quotes) have been submitted as a merge request: https://sourceforge.net/p/opencbm/code/merge-requests/2/
