#2 readme's use of "deploy" is misleading, and where's the demo
Attached patch will add some more verbose explanation on deploy, adds uno-deploy as to what is usually understood under deploy, adds example commandline for linux, adds homepage and sf.net project page URLs.
Removes the hint about the broken/changed bootstrap that I failed to understand by reading the readme, but the linked forum post made it clear that only obsolete versions of OOo are affected, and furthermore the bootsrap stuff is not needed for building, but for debugging from a java console...
