When in "Last Minute Learning" mode with 2 stacks, initial stack being 1, and "Prefer Less Known Cards" checked: When "did not remember" is selected for a card it is placed back in stack 1 but is labeled "Learnt" and marked green. When this card reappears it cannot be moved to the next stack up when "perfectly" is clicked.

Workaround: Unchecking "prefer less known cards" circumvents the problem.
