#826 Add support for 1920x1080@60 video on OnePlus 5t.

Dear, OpenCamera developers! Thank you very much for your work!

OpenCamera with Camera2 api works almost flawlessly on my OnePlus 5t, with a single exception.

I cannot choose the 1920x1080@60 video format. It's either 720p@60 (really the camera shows 120 fps), or 1920x1080@30.

Could someone check, please? I will provide whatever logs and testing should be required.
