#736 Banding issues with Moto G5+

Running OpenCamera 1.48.1 (Code 77) on a Motorola Moto G5+ (potter) device, under Android API 27, the camera app displays a thick visual "banding" overlaying grey stripes across the image, regardless of the light source (daylight, incandescent, or LED) and unchanged/unaffected by the anti-banding algorithm selected in the Processing Settings -> Anti-Banding settings, or if the Anti-Banding setting is set to "off." The banding issue only appears with OpenCamera on two different devices of the same specs, and does not occur with the factory Camera app on those devices.
