#455 [Camera2] [OnePlus 3] App freeze when changing shutter speed

Hi, when changing shutter speed in about the range from 1/45s to 1/25s the app freeze for one second and the the image is not updated anymore, also the phone is unresponsive until i lock it, but when i unlock the phone i get the errore "unable to initialize camera", in this state i have to change the shutter speed to one that doesn't freeze the camera and then reopen the app.
Attached you can find my system log, let me know if you need further information.
