#365 Occasional freeze and camera disconnection after a HDR shot on oneplus 3t

I'm using a oneplus 3t with OxygenOS 4.5.1 (Android 7.1.1). The app occasionally freezes after a HDR shot. I am now able to reproduce the bug on demand.

The bug appears when:

• I take a HDR shot in a scene where a high exposure is needed to show the preview on the screen.
• Just after the shot is taken and the image is saved (with the little animation), I move the camera to a light so that it needs to reduce the exposure a lot to get the preview.
• At this moment a strange phenomenon occurs: the image starts moving from up to down in a loop, like when you get a vsync desynchronization on an analog television.
• The "ISO" string on the top left corner then goes from yellow to red and the preview freezes.

The clock on the top left corner keeps counting, so it's not a complete freeze. Eventually the preview turns black and I get a toast about a serious camera error. If I try to do something during the preview freeze, the whole phone becomes unresponsive, the app freezes completely and I can't even turn the screen off. Everything unfreezes after a minute or so.
