Android 5, OpenCamera v1.29,Code 34.

When the SD card is selected for photo storage, the available memory, i.e. the "Free: xxx" readout on the camera viewfinder (main) screen still displays the available memory of the main device, not of the SD storage.

    I do confirm.
    Moreover, it actually makes use of "main" storage, not SD.
    I suspect the problem in path "relativity" (no leading slash) - this way it's returned by Android path selector, AFAIU (quite difficult to catch in short time of visibility).

    I confirm this. But when i deselect android access framework and ichoose a sd card location itshow the right freespace of sd card ( evenif it'snot possible torecord)

    If you're not using Storage Access Framework option, this would likely be because Android 4.4 onwards doesn't allow access to SD cards, so this may well affect the ability to get the free memory. And using Storage Access Framework won't help because as far as I know, Storage Access Framework has no ability to return the free space!

    So I will close this, as it's an Android limitation - unless someone can point me how to do it :)
