Would like to request support for 1080p@60fps and if possible 720p@120fps video on the LG G2.
1080p@60fps is supported natively and 720p@120fps is possible through a mod.

    This probably isn't possible using the standard Android API - the only control of frame rate can be setting under Settings/Photo and video settings.../Video frame rate. If setting that to 60fps doesn't work, then there'll be no hope for 120fps either. I'm not sure how the mod works, but presumably is using something specific to the LG G2.

    It seems so yes. I forgot to say that it did not work on AOSP. I just tried the stock LG rom and there open camera does support 1080p@60fps. So you probably need the LG framework and camera drivers to get 60fps.
