#1332 Regarding framing resolution.

This is a feature that allows you to specify a framing resolution and downscale images to that resolution.

The preview screen will always display the framed view, and if it is not possible to capture at the specified framing resolution, the frame will be displayed in red.

The resolution setting is automatic (the same as the currently implemented framing).

Note: If the full-size image cannot be obtained due to API specifications, simply displaying the framing frame within the current preview will suffice.
