#1312 FPS Reverts on Video Record

Whenever I set the FPS to 60 at 1080p, there is an almost-certain chance of it reverting to 30 when recording a video. My device is Pixel 8 Pro, and the stock camera app has no issues with the same resolution and frame-rate.

I made an attempt with 120 FPS, which worked without issue. Is this a bug or some strange thing the app does to handle FPS?
