#1308 "Show RAW icon" setting enabled but icon doesn't appear in GUI when taking photos

Description:
When enabling the "Show RAW icon" option in Settings → On screen GUI → "Show RAW icon", the RAW icon does not appear in the main camera interface as expected. The only way to change RAW settings is through the Photo settings menu, which defeats the purpose of having a quick-access GUI icon.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Open Camera app
2. Go to Settings → On screen GUI
3. Enable "Show RAW icon" option
4. Return to main camera interface

Expected Behavior:
- When "Show RAW icon" is enabled, a RAW icon should appear in the main camera GUI
- The icon should allow cycling through RAW modes (Standard, Standard+RAW, RAW only) directly from the main interface

Actual Behavior:
- No RAW icon appears in the GUI despite the setting being enabled
- RAW settings can only be accessed through the nested Photo settings menu
- The GUI setting appears to have no effect on the actual interface
