#1306 +/- buttons for exposure compensation

Please, add back option to have +/- buttons removed in v1.55 – at least for exposure compensation, but would prefer for zoom as well. Sliders are inconvenient for step-by-step values, small screens and limited hand mobility. Limited hand mobility can happen not only because of health reasons, but also just because of cold.
