#1245 NEED CREATE CHOOSE PATH DIALOG FOR BACKUP/RESTORE FUNCTION!
backup, without any ability choose path, saved to and restore only from:
/storage/emulated/Android/data/net.sourceforge.opencamera/files/backups/*.xml
but in android 12, when no have root, access forbidden to /storage/emulated/Android/data/* and I can't no copy backup file and not restore after factory reset!
