How to prevent constant re-focusing when recording video

I used Open Camera the other night for the first time to shoot some concert
footage. I wasn't able to monitor it, I was able to press record and leave
it alone. Reviewing the video now, I notice it is constantly re-focusing,
causing a less than ideal viewing. What settings would I need to change to
set the focus and then prevent it from re-focusing throughout the recording?

I would also like to know the answer to this question, as I recently used the video function to record a medical emergency but could not get the camera to remain focused on the casualty nor an LCD screen showing their vitals. Could not figure out how to turn off auto focus
