Any idea why Open Camera can't match my native "Camera" app's frame rate?

Hello

Why can't Open Camera shoot videos that match the FFS (Frames Per Second) video frame rate that the "Camera" app (in Pro Video Mode) that comes with my Samsung S22 Ultra?

Background
I am trying to shoot good quality video for Youtube.
In both apps I am using
- 9:16
- Full HD (1920 x 1080 resolution)
- Normal speed

I have set the Video Bitrate in Open Camera to "Default"
